These terms apply when you use the Larrikin Gear website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About us

Larrikin Gear is an Australian online store selling toys, games and outdoor gear. Our store is powered by Shopify. You can contact us at larrikingear@outlook.com.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colours and appearance may vary slightly from images. Please check the age recommendations and safety information for each product. Toys should be used as intended and with appropriate adult supervision for younger children.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders already confirmed. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock with our supplier or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we'll refund any payment in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products.

7. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Website content, including our logo and branding, belongs to Larrikin Gear and may not be copied without permission.
